We are looking for an HR Intern to provide support in the daily operations of Human Resources Department especially in Organizational Development.
Responsibilities:
• Develop the organizational structure and job description
• Compile and develop HR Policy
• Coordinate with other related department
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in Psychology
• Available to work for three full months, which will be started in august 2018
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Excellent administration skill, detail oriented, neat and order, and very organized individual
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill
• Good English skills both of written and verbal
• Will be located in jakarta head office (Thamrin)
