Job Description

 Performs varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop, printer, laptop, any other computer hardware equipment and software problem through the effective use of available technical use

 Ensure all the automation and computerized system operational at all time safely

Qualification

 Degree in Mechatronic or Automation Engineer more preferable if they have capability in IT as well

 English communication verbal and written

 Have a good knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Automation and Computerized system

 Have a good knowledge in TCP / IP concept, Wifi, Computer Networking, Internet concept

 Computer hardware and software installation troubleshooting

 Server and windows environment setting, configuration and installation

 Good in interpersonal skills

 Additional skills : Drawing Application (i.e. Bitmap Drawing, Vector Drawing, CAD Drawing) & Visual Basic programming
