Responsibilities

Maintain a proficient knowledge of rules and regulations and their impact on products, services and operations for a specific line of business

Analyze the compliance of project implementation according to goverment regulation

Conduct research of laws and regulations that impact compliance to include monitoring for new laws and regulations or changes to existing laws and regulations and providing communication to appropriate lines of business

Ensure the levy payment to goverment going well and not being fined

Establish and maintain good relations with the local government

Requirements

S1 in Law

Having 4+ years experiences in related field

Having knowledge in telecommunication business

Governance relation and compliance background strongly preferred

Having experience in legal drafting

Excellent in negotiation skills and communication
