o   Age                        : 35 - 45 years old.

o   Language              : English proficiency is must.

o   Education             : Bachelor and preferable Master Degrees all majority.

o   Experience            : Min 5 years as National Sales Manager especially in Food or

                                 Consumer Goods and have experience to handle distribution

                                 channel.

o   Skill                       : Having the ability to create new marketing concepts or ideas

                                 (Thinking out the box).

Workplace      : Willing to work at Gempol – Pasuruan, East Java.
