Mahadya Group as restaurant food and beverage business is exclusive franchisee of Carl’s Jr, Wingstop, and Caribou Coffee brand. Now seeking energetic lifestyle person as Assistant Manager Quantity Surveyor.

Job purpose: This role will assist the Project Manager to ensure new store opening budget meet with target by dealing with contractors and vendors in F&B Business. Also, support of repair and maintenance contract in existing stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.

•  Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.

• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.

•  Measure and value the work done based on timeline agreed.

Qualification:

1. Ability to negotiate with vendors.

2. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

3. Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent computers skills.

5. Experience in project construction around 4-5 years.

6. Min. Bachelor degree any major preferable Civil Engineering.

7. Having knowledge in F&B Business project.

8. Fluent in English is a must.

9. Will be placed in East Jakarta.
