Responsibilities:
• Manage & execute Monthly Payroll and employee Benefits
• Checking and control BPJS and Health Insurance.
• Overall control of employee database.
• Creating SOP and SLA.
Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field.
• Experience as Compensation Benefits / payroll at least 1 year is a MUST
• Good Knowledge in BPJS, Tax and Insurance workflow
• strong analytical & Concentration skill.
• Excellent in microsoft excel.
• Can Join Immediately
