CAFE MANAGER (CM)
* Manage day-to-day operations of the Cafe
* Hire & onboard new Wait staff & Baritas
* Train employees on drink preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
* Coordinate with purchasing for raw materials needed (like coffee, milk, takeaway cup, and other ingredients)
* Maintain update records of daily, weekly, & monthly revenues & expenses
* Ensure all Cafe areas are clean and tidy
* Give recommendation to Superior for add new menu items based on seasonality & customer's preferences
* Nurture Friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty & boost our reputation
- Age max 35 years
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Work experience as a Cafe Manager or related field at least 3 years, preferably experience in pre- opening cafe
- Hands on experience with profesional coffee machine
- Availability work within opening hours (including weekend)
- Excellent communicate skills
- Customer Service Attitude
