ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Job responsibilities:
• Conduct Performance Management process.
• Conduct workload analysis.
• Liase with related parties to ensure organization structure, job description and SOP always update and align with current condition.
• Conduct talent mapping to support succession planning program.
• Participate in productivity improvement and job-related project activities.
Requirements:
• Candidate must have at least Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/Management or related.
• At least 2 years of working in the related field is required in this position.
• Active in English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capable to handle multiple projects with competing priority.
• Placement in Karawang, West Java.
