Location in Gempol Pasuruan East Java. Now seeking potential candidates
to fill:
ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MANAGER (Food Manufacture)
Qualification below:
• General Qualification :
o Age 30 35 years old
o Education background as Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree from Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic
o Should have experience at Electrical Mechanical Engineering minimum 5 years
o Should have experience in managerial level minimum 3 years
• Behavioral competence :

o Analytical & conceptual thinking
• Skill competence :
o Experience at PLC, Mechatronic, Electrical, Trouble Shooting, Modification
o Understand and do implementation in QCC, TQM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, improvement manufacturing tools etc
o Preferable understand HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, GMP, ISO 22000
o Good communication skills;
o Good interpersonal skills
o Good in English competency (Oral and Written)
• Job Description
Main purpose of job
• To provide advice and guidance to all staff on the most efficient
and effective engineering processes to meet production requirements.
• To organize research into the development of efficiency equipment or
machine to ensure the continuing growth and profitability of the
company.
Main responsibilities
• Monitor and review all
engineering processes, documentation, tools, plant to ensure that these
operate effectively and are appropriate to meet production targets.
• Review and evaluate any new equipment and processes to ensure that they meet production requirements.
• Review the engineering process and cost implications
• Recommend any necessary changes to engineering processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and product quality.
• Maintain an awareness of technical developments in the industry to
ensure that the company has up-to-date and relevant information.
• Commission or carry out research into new and existing product performance for both company and competitor products.
• Develop and control the budget for the department to ensure that all
financial and cost objectives are met and targets are achieved within
overall cost constraints.
